BOD Meeting Minutes 11/14/24

Meeting was called to order by commissioner Luke Grinstead at 12:00 noon.


In attendance: Luke, Gary A, Kerry, Greg, Dennis, and Larry.


  1. Kerry presented the league's financial report. The league is in good financial shape.

  2. At the beginning of the 2025 season, each league member will receive a new hat and 2 new shirts. The color scheme will be the same as last year (orange and navy).

  3. The 2025 season will begin league play on Monday, January 6, 2025.

  4. We are looking for volunteers for Santa's Calling. The event will occur on Tuesday, December 10th at the Tiger Town Stadium from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. Volunteers will call area children to enhance their Christmas experience. Chick-Fil-A will be served to all volunteers.

  5. We are working on team rosters for the 2025 season. They will be posted as soon as they are finalized.
